I have no chart data for snmp or flow devices, my system info is below.
Please help.

Have they been enabled from the ntopng preferences?

Check under page Preferences->SNMP to enable time series data for you SNMP devices.
Check under page Preferences->Timeseries to enable time series for the other flow devices
