Our Cogent leased line with one end in Reston VA went down this morning.
Cogent responded with:
"Welcome to the Cogent Communications status page. Customers located in the Washington, DC area may be experiencing an outage. There is a major fiber cut in the DMV region. There is no ETR at this time."
