We have had a ticket open for 3 weeks, they are relaying *.mil emails to their Europe servers which Mail.Mil is RBL blocking.

We have escalated to Senior Management, looking it appears their US cluster is not delivering but instead forwarding everything to Europe/Germany and causing other GeoBlock problems across some customers.
