DRFortress network issues in Honollulu, HI?

We have all of our transits down in Honolulu. We are hosted by DRFortress,
they are saying that maybe Spectrum is having issues but I don't know how
this will affect our providers (Cogent and GTT).

Is anybody else experiencing issues there?

Vultr's Honolulu hosting deployment there was also affected. Seems to
have recovered now.
