I was just trying to add microsoft 2fa to another device and wondering why
I had a spinning circle (loading the security page for my microsoft
account)... I'm located in the central US.

MPN portal (https://partner.microsoft.com <https://partner.microsoft.com/>) also throwing constant errors, possibly related.

I can confirm it was working for me before the top of the hour.

Just restarted a service running on an Azure VM and now I cant access an
Azure Key Vault using managed identity. Located in East US

Can confirm:

Multiple of our ISP customers reporting the following

Outage:  OneCloud,  Microsoft Teams, Azure AD, MS hosted MineCraft (who
knew that was still a thing)   all offline

This is out of a large portion of Texas
