Connection refused

According to our email queue monitoring system, it has been going on since
before 7:15 am Central.

Via twitter, it looks like hotmail support is saying hotmail will be
down for the next 8 hours or so.

Same here.

lost connection with mx2.hotmail.com[65.54.188.110] while receiving the
initial server greeting

connect to mx4.hotmail.com[65.55.37.104]:25: Connection refused

Is it just me, or are hotmail problems becoming rather frequent lately?

Well I don't feel so bad about posting to the outages group, 8 hours
