GPS Timing Issues [ In reply to ]
There has been an ongoing issue today that started at around 12:30PM PST
affecting many users of GPS timing data. Symptoms include still seeing
several SATs but inability to get a FIX.

The Coast Guard needs more data to debug, specifically what SATS you have in
view when you experience the issue.

You can email your data here; please be as specific as possible.

GPS Timing Issues [ In reply to ]
Looks like there are two birds down as unreliable in one plane as of
the last week in October.

I did not see any issues Wednesday - From SD to east to the coast,
however I did notice that we had 3 unhealthy birds at the same time (did
not note which ones at the time). The only time I have had alarms at
multiple sites was during solar flares such as 12/6/2006, and then
things still stayed accurate during holdover.

A good source to check is it me or the sky is from Cornell U-
