Twitter down 8/6 AM
Completely; I'm at Worldcon 09 in Montreal, and the hotel's proxy
can't even get the server to reply to its squid.

I *could* ping and mtr www.twitter.com, earlier, but now I can't, and
downforeveryone concurs.
