Line Systems Inc LD handoff problems...

Have several PRIs with this vendor as well as some POTS lines PIC'd to same. Outbound LD attempts result in either fast busy (reorder) or "All Ckts Busy" recording. Broker verified with vendor, who claims that there is a large-scale handoff problem with this vendor's outbound traffic. Inbound LD (toll-free calls) apparently unaffected. No ETTR. Our ticket was opened a little after 10a EST.

We're seeing the same thing on our SIP trunks through NGT, has been
going on for the last day intermittently.
