PIM log messages..!

Hello..
My syslog files are flooding with following error message, how to
troubleshoot this problem.?

"Error creating PIM Register Encapsulation logical interface from a.b.c.d
to p.q.r.s: Address already in use"

could it be that your vpn RP address is the same as the provider RP
address ? without a config I can just guess
