Decrypting "$9$" passwords from JunOS config
Hi,

Does anyone have a tool to decrypt the encrypted passwords that start with
"$9$"? It should be a two-way encryption as they're all passwords where the
Juniper needs to know the clear-text, rather than the "$1$" (MD5 hash?)
passwords which are one-way encrypted.

I haven't had much luck with a web or juniper.net search.

Cheers,

afaik the algorithm is not disclosed/documented
and there are no intentions to do so;
