I know this is an old issue, but I haven't been able to find
any explanation for it.

Is there anyone from Fibertel/AS10318, Sprint or Nortel who can
explain what is going on with 3ffe:1300::/24?

It is marked as "RECLAIMED from BAY/US-MA [04Sep03]" in
the 6bone registry:

I've mailed Sprint on that issue a week ago and they said they will
investigate and address it. We'll see - others tried for years to
remedy this situation unsuccessfully. Seems like noone cares.

This has been resolved by Sprint today... the 3ffe:1300::/24 is now
