Carlos,

you are running different firmware on the management (11.0.0c) and
application processors (10.2.01TF3)...this will not work.
The versions must match.

Hey Carlos--

A quick look reveals 11 running on the primary, and 10 running on the WSM primary. Upgrade the WSM and you should be fine.
