Duplicate plugins?
It appears that plugins 28185 an 29311 find the same vulnerability. While
it is easy take care of two items with one patch, it seems like one can
probably go away. Maybe it is the method used to check for the vuln that
makes them unique?

I've noticed the same thing. I've gone through most of the web page's plug-ins cats and see that there are cascades plug-ins according software version numbers, for example. Maybe there's a dependency issue?
