xtel is a nice "Minitel" emulator under Unix (which unfortunately
seems to have problems with the latest systems).

As Minitel will never cross the French borders, I suggest that those
two plugins are disabled by default.
The risk of running this service is pretty low, unless some people
spend their whole day on services at 1.40 EUR / min :-]
