Obviously the only appropriate action is to sue the bejeesus out of them in
as many court systems as possible and make them pay millions in restitution
for confusing the brand identity of NASL :)

Almost as bad (perhaps worse?) is Foundstone calling their Vulnerability
Assessment tool's scripting language FASL...
