In the old mythtv-setup I see general->Job Queue Backend Specific Start
time 0200 End Time 1800. Those are values I set a long time ago and as
far as I can tell mythcommflag is honoring them.
When I look at the same settings in the webapp settings I see 00:00 and
23:59.
Why the disagreement? Is it a bug? I want to change the hours and not
sure where to do it.
