Thanks, I've tested the new script and it works fine. Also noticing a
lot of updates on the Raspberry PI OS daily. I know they are working on
the kernel.
I've seen comments about some issue with mythtv frontend and something
called the "compositor", but I have not seen any issues. I'm running a
test now with a fresh install of the OS, full-upgrade, and then using
your pi-setup_mythtv_31.sh to setup a frontend only. It worked yesterday
on another system but all I did was fix run_mythfrontend.sh
