all the channels are off by one!
Hi,

I'm seeing something funny. When I'm watching live tv (and this will
probably happen during recordings too, but I haven't gotten around to
that), all my channels are off by one! For instance, when it says
channel 40 on the screen, the tuner is really receiving channel 39 from
my cable.

I'm using a pvr-350 on mandrake 9.1.

On a different, and perhaps related note, my captured video is always
fuzzy, no matter what capture resolution and bit rate I use. I'm
guessing that the tuner frequency is off somehow, but I really don't
know!

Also, I'm on a college campus-I don't know if cable is handled
differently on school residences or if that might be related to the
problem.

Thanks in advance for any insight!
