I'm running two 20 gig 5400 rpm drives...
They work reasonably well.
I must note that I've been trying to track down a bug when watching LiveTV,
where I get hiccups about once a minute... This COULD be related to my
hard-drives... but I think it has to do with Myth's EPG....
