Bugfix release (was Re: No right audio channel after changing channels in current cvs!)

I'm going to be releasing 0.9.1 shortly because of this issue -- anyone come
up with any other smallish things that could use a fix?

mythfilldatabase with tv_grab_de, maybe? Not sure, if it counts as
"smallish", because I haven't tested it with default tv_grab_de and
tv_grab_na, and I don't have time to make a sandbox setup atm. Patch is
in my post from 2003-05-05 (wow, time flies by! :-( ).

Heh. I still can't apply that without it being tested, sorry :( Also, I'm
planning on getting your movies patch applied sometime soon after this little
bugfix release.
