will I be using cd-interlacing lpayback option on TV-out
.. of my video card? The de-interlacing code doesnt seem to work so well on a
good quality TV/Monitor. I was hoping if I run s-video out from my geforce2MX
that I would not have to use the de-interlacing playback option and the tv
could do the de-interlacing for me [hopefully resulting in less cpu-usage and
better picture quality].

I did a search and couldnt exactly find an answer to this one.

Thanks, Mike

Subject should read: "Will I be using de-interlacing playback option on
TV-out"
not the mis-typing I sent ;)

AFAIK, you don't need to turn on deinterlacing if you're displaying to a
TV... a TV normally displays an interlaced signal anyway. Deinterlacing is
for displaying to a non-interlaced display, such as a VGA monitor.
