Recording CNN without going for 4 hours ?
I want to record a segment of CNN headline news tonight, between 5:00
and 5:30, but the program guide has a whole 4 hours blocked out for this
program.. Is there a way to record only a portion of it?

You could try directly editting the 'record' table in the mythconverg
database, specifically the 'endtime' column (formatted hh:mm:ss). I
would suggest you make a backup before hand.

Or just set it up for a manual record.
