Please Wait - dialog box size changes each time it displays
I'm using Arclight as my theme, when I select a recording to watch, or live
TV, there is a "Please Wait" dialog that pops up for a few seconds as it is
loading.

What I am seeing is that each time I select a recording and tell it to play,
the dialog box opens and is larger and larger until it drops back down to
its smallest size and starts getting larger again.

I was seeing this in 0.25 on all versions I used. I just updated to 0.26 and
am still seeing the issue.

The above is a video of the issue. Apparently the box size is more random
than I originally thought.

Also sorry for it being upside down, apparently I discovered an issue with
how my phone records video. Its right side up on my phone, honest.

Are you still using a 0.24 version of the theme? I saw similar
behavior around the time I upgraded MythTV from 0.24 to 0.25.
Eventually it stopped doing it, and the only change I remember making
was upgrading the theme from the theme chooser.

I completely reinstalled my machine on 0.25, but I have not updated the
theme since going to 0.26, so I will check that.
How can you tell?

Well, I have the latest version as of 0.25, Arclight 25.12
There is no Arclight theme in the 0.26 theme.zip yet.

The creator of Arclight is working on other projects now, and might not
create a 0.26 version. I am not saying that he won't, but I wouldn't count
on it.
