There are two different theme formats used in myth to define a window.
You are trying to use the newer MythUI format for a MythThemedDialog
which wont work. MythThemedDialog is the old style Qt themed window
which will be removed once everything is switched to MythUI. The
0.21-fixes branch predominantly uses the MythThemedDialog format but
trunk mostly uses the newer MythUI format.
