importing nuv files to mythtv

Before changing my hard drive and rebuilding my MythTV box I saved my nuv
files and have now copied them back to my /media folder.

How do I get them to show up in recordings?

(And yes I have Googled for this)

I haven't done it myself, but according to the main mythtv list there
is a script called myth.rebuilddatabase.pl which should help with it.
