I was wondering about a message I got when running mythtv
"strange error when flushing buffers"
the tv plays though. Incidentally, the tv plays choppy both audio and video for a few seconds and then freezes up entirely. The tv works fine with xawtv, although the sound doesn't work, but I think that is a mixer setting.
my hardware is:
wintv bt878 (connexant chip) hauppage
nvidia geforce2 mx
athlon 750
xfree86 4.2.0
Xv extension enabled
using the latest cvs of mythtv
kernel 2.4.18
using the nvidia binary drivers
