Log Message:
Fixed bug which would cause Myth to appear to hang when there was no
browse_info container in an OSD theme. Actually myth was in browse mode
with just no display.
Reenabled volume controls (up/down/mute) while in Browse mode. Volume OSD's
will not be displayed however.
