web app: Misc fixes to backend status and program guide
- Improved date picker of Program Guide: Allow keying of date
and time, fix incorrect translation of date format, use date
format yyyy/mm/dd.
- Added translations for Backend Status page.
- Fixed backend status tooltips, date formats.
Also:
- Angular: Support symlinked node_modules
