I'm still playing a bit with the template for the mp2 manpages, but I've
attached WrapXS.pm that I've used with ExtUtils::XSBuilder to autogenerate the
manpages. There are quite a few problems, but I'm tired of waiting for them to
be fixed, so I've added a few workarounds and will fix the rest manually.

I've just committed APR manpages, Apache manpages will be next.
