Displaying my own telephone number

Probably I'm missing something obvious, but having just put a SIM card
in my N900, I thought the number would show somewhere (maybe on the
calling screen?) but can't find it.

Any pointers?

In case it is stored on the SIM card you can find it under "Contacts >
My Information > Mobile". In case it's not, you can't.
