should be visible there in couple of days. Next steps are dissolving the
Hildon Foundation and making final transfer of all intangibles to MCeV.
That's in the works, too.
- The agreement between HiFo and Nokia states that in situation like the
current one, Nokia is to be notified by proceedings, That's being taken
care of, too. In theory, they could decline the transfer. But it is not
seen as likely.
