I'm told (much to my surprise^) that they'll add support for it IFF:
* you can supply the details of 10 other people/companies that will
also use RHEL4/CentOS4 packages (for any project)
* send an email to opensuse-buildservice@opensuse.org (CC me too if
you like)


^ truth be told, i practically fell off my chair when they announced
RHEL5 support

This list seems like the obvious place to get "votes" for RHEL4/Centos4.
