gpg: key 1FC6A38F: secret key without public key - skipped
Is there a command line parameter I can use to get rid of this message?
How about compile time?

Please CC ("r") as I am not a subscriber to this list.

Thanks,

Yes delete that secret key. A secret key without a public key does
not make sense and future versions of GnuPG won't duplicate
information between the secret and public key.

gpg --delete-secret-key 0x12345678
