IDEA is covered by a patent issues to a Swiss company - I don't think
you can legally use it.

You can get IDEA algorithm in the download area of the ASCOM society:

http://www.ascom.ch/infosec/downloads.html

The IDEA algorithm is free only for not commercial use, you can read the
End-User License Agreement for more info.
