I doubt that "gecacht" is better german than "gecachet" - if it's german at
all ... how about "Zertifikat wurde zwischengespeichert"? :-)

Did the Debian user send a "translation
disclaimer" (http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/translation/HTML/disclaim.html)

We don't need this for dirmngr as this is not a GNU project and lumped
to gether from several sources.

Plus each change is absolutely trivial: You can not claim copyright on
the correct spelling of individual words :)
