Is this list alive? Even my own posts aren't showing up and I've had nothing
since the 9th.

There was an issue with the mailserver on gnupg.org, I think. It
doesn't hurt to repost your mails that didn't come through yet.
However, in general the mail server is quite slow these days, so give
it 12 hours or a day or so to get through.
