PGP <--> GnuPG HOWTO first draft done
My page on how to communicate with users of PGP5.x+ has been completed.
It is my first pass, however it covers how to install their PGP key
(DSS/DH, not RSA) into GnuPG and how to move your existing DSS/DH key into
GnuPG so that you may communicate back and forth with them.

The technique has been tested successfully on my system and I have been
able to communicate with my friends using GnuPG while they use PGP 5.5
(Business Edition).

The page is now accessable at:
<http://technocage.com/~caskey/gpg/pgp2gnupg.html>

If you have any suggestions or changes they will be welcome.
