I don't think so. The reason for this outputs are to enable scripts
to do something with these info - and so you dont need to set LANG in
your script.

Hmm... I believe this may be discussed. Imagine a user who just do not
understand English (yes, UNIX user usually knows a subset of English that
permits her to understand standard messages); I would see an option that asks
the program to ignore LANG settings than having some stuff in English only.

Okay, I changed it to read:

Supported algorithms:
Cipher: ....
Pubkey: ....
Hash: ....

And the first line will be translated.
