Following the previous round of feedback, attached is an updated GLEP 29
draft. Changes include:
* Clarification of various issues
* -@GROUP is now allowed but discouraged
* Circular group inclusion is not allowed
Feedback welcomed. Personally I'm pretty happy with this now, so if
no-one has any major objections I'll probably be asking for it to be
voted upon sometime soon.
