Should be part of kdebase. Lates KDE installs it into
/usr/kde/3.3/bin/kdm, but it's not really important. If you want to
use it, make sure that you have DISPLAYMANAGER="kdm" in /etc/rc.conf,
do "rc-update add xdm default" as root and you should get nice kdm
login after each boot.
