You have to do the patch by hand. I tried it and it worked as far as
running. But I was having constant freezes of my computer along with not
being able to emerge large files such as gcc, mozilla-firefox, etc. I
went back to gentoo-dev-sources which only have to have the win4lin
patches applied to it. Everything is working great.
