Printer setup (HP 720C)
I followed the instructions here to set up my HP DeskJet 720C:

http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/printing-howto.xml

and it all went fine except that my dmesg includes this:

kmod: failed to exec /sbin/modprobe -s -k parport_lowlevel, errno = 2
lp: driver loaded but no devices found

and no printers show up in CUPS. I did follow the special
instructions for PPA printers. The 720 is specifically mentioned. I
have also been over this:

http://www.linuxprinting.org/show_printer.cgi?recnum=HP-DeskJet_720C

My printer is definitely connected and turned on. That kernel message
must be at the root of my problem. Does that mean anything to anyone?
