thunderbird does not start after update

Hi there,

Today morning I updated my gentoo with "emerge -uvD world" and among
other things thunderbird was also updated. Before the update I set
Thunderbird to ask me if it should start in online or offline mode. The
problem now is that it does not close this window, no mind if I click
the "online" or the "offline" buttom and does not start thunderbird
also.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Remove "compreg.dat" from your profile folder.
