Strange output while Gentoo init scripts run
Sometimes while the system is booting and executing the Gentoo init
scripts I get output like this instead of the normal starting xzy, ok.

RC_DEPEND_TREE[583]=serial
RC_DEPEND_TREE[583+2]=localmount

This goes on for a full screen but the system seems to boot and run. What
is this trying to tell me?

Ive seen this with corrupted, non standard or badly edited init files.
Check there.

I'll check but I haven't edited any, they are all Gentoo stock - maybe corrupted. Thanks.
