New stable toolchain stuff on SPARC, read before using!

I've committed gcc-3.4.5, gcc-sparc64-3.4.5, glibc-2.3.5-r3,
linux-headers-2.6.11-r4 and some other bits to stable.
This are in preparation for the 2006.0 release so it won't affect 2005.1
and earlier release/profile users unless you use package.unmask or
switch to the new profiles.

But before switching there are a couple of caveats:
* Upgrading will require an "emerge -e world" to avoid issues.
* Java is broken and masked, the joy of binary packages. We don't want
to keep old glibc versions forever.
* The 2006.0 profile isn't finished, it won't work just out of the box
and may be modified pending release.
* Use the 2006.0/2.4 profile for 2.4 headers/kernel, 2.6 isn't
extensively tested and you may want the stable approach.

That being said:
* Using 2.6 stuff lets you use hal & alsa (though these require
package.keywording). Use kernel builtin-ALSA rather than alsa-drivers,
2.6.15 seems to work fine.
* nptl seems to work fine too (2.6 kernel required).
* You'll need to unmask a 2.6 kernel, if you don't know what i mean then
stick to 2.4.

For new installs just fetch the latest experimental stage from the
mirrors, those are built with the new stuff.
Of course there's stuff to fix yet, feedback is more than welcome.
Enjoy.
