ppc keyword for net-wireless/prism54-firmware

The net-wireless/prism54-firmware-1.0.4.3 ebuild is currently x86
only. It just installs a binary firmware file which works perfectly
for me (albook, SMC2835W pcmcia card, in-kernel prism54 driver).
