hardened sources 4.1.7 vs 4.3.3
Doing an update on my server today marked an update of the
hardened-sources. However, it was labelled 4.1.7 vs my installed version
4.3.3. What is up? Is it recommended to downgrade or is this a mistake
somewhere?

What should I do?

I also noticed this. Probably an accidental removal of stable 4.3.3-r4:

Yes, it was an accidental removal and will be fixed on the next release.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
