Just for the record. I'm using 3.8.0-hardened-r1 on two systems almost for
a week now without any problems. Although I haven't noticed anything wrong
for the last couple of versions as well.

I've booted 3.8.2-hardened-r1 last week. After approx. a day I had to
discover, that apache is continously failing with sig11 and PaX detected a
fork abuse.
I disabled the new constify plugin of PaX. That is one possible cause.
Without constify apache stays up for more than two days now.
