Dbmail mbox to regular mbox
Hi,

Is there a way to extract the mailbox of a user into regular mbox format?

Thanks,

Matt

You could use the folder export feature in weDBmail... don't know
of any script that does it offhand. It's quite trivial .. just dump
the msgblocks for each message in order, prepend a From line in the
right (mbox) format and seperate each message by a newline.

Should be pretty easy with a little script, just select each message from the
mailbox and write it to a file, first headers then bodies. I believe that mbox
format is nothing more than all of the messages concatenated... although I
have a strange recollection that there's a particular header that has to come
first. Envelope sender?
